I agree with everything you said; however, the key here, and with all quality programs, is the “funding must be made available to support it”
Well said. Individuals with disabilities, and those who advocate for them, have worked very hard for a very long time to improve their quality of life and be considered equal by society. The decisions that have been made over the past 10 years have had a negative affect on the progress that has been made.
